CODESECURE: Prevent & Protect Hackathon 2024

The North Wales cluster as part of Cyber Wales, in conjunction with North Wales Police are organising the UKs first Cybercrime team led hackathon.

Join us at CodeSecure: Prevent & Protect Hackathon for a day dedicated to developing innovative solutions for North Wales Police Cybercrime Team to use against cyber-crime.

What to expect from the day

After signing in you will receive your complimentary t-shirt and user guide before we kick off the day with a morning briefing. Whether you want to work individually or as part of a team our experts will be on hand to ensure you have the right support behind you. You will have the day to work on your solutions, with periodic breaks and ample networking opportunites before final presentations and awards are handed out.

Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate, network with and attend presentations from supporting companies including:

This event aims to bring together coding maestroscybersecurity enthusiastsgraphics creatorspassionate individuals, and great communicators to collaborate on fun and engaging approaches to using our new equipment to help inform members of the public and businesses about online dangers and how to stay safe online.

Equipment and Requirements for the day

You will need to bring your own laptop/development equipment with you on the day. WiFi will be provided.
