We’re delighted to be co-hosting this event with Wealthify, an online investment service making investing accessible to everyone.

Wealthify is a huge advocate for attracting more women into FinTech. They have a Senior Leadership team made up of 50/50 men and women, and a workforce of 57% male and 43% female. They were also extremely supportive of the recent programme FinTech Wales was able to bring to our members through Code First Girls. As a result, Wealthify has recruited not one, but two women through the Code First Girls programme where we currently have 10 women going through a 14 week, fully-funded, academy to achieve micro-degrees in Software, Data or Full-stack.
