Dod â diwydiant, y byd academaidd, darparwyr hyfforddiant a chynrychiolwyr y trydydd sector at ei gilydd i rannu arfer gorau wrth recriwtio a chefnogi gweithwyr niwroamrywiol.
Amcangyfrifir bod 1 o bob 7 o bobl yn niwroddargyfeiriol, sef mwy na 15% o weithlu'r DU. Gall niwroamrywiaeth gynnwys awtistiaeth, Anhwylder Diffyg Canolbwyntio a Gorfywiogrwydd (ADHD), dyslecsia, dyspracsia, a syndrom Tourette.
Crëwyd yr Hyb Seiber Arloesedd (CIH) i ryddhau potensial Prifddinas-Ranbarth Caerdydd, gan greu cyflenwad o gynhyrchion seiberddiogelwch newydd o safon fyd-eang, busnesau twf uchel, a thalent â sgiliau technegol. Er mwyn helpu i sicrhau bod y cyfleoedd hyn yn hygyrch i bob unigolyn yn y gymuned, bydd CIH yn lansio Rhwydwaith Niwroamrywiaeth mewn Seiber, Cymru ym mis Tachwedd 2023.
Mae gan y rhwydwaith dri phrif darged:
1. Creu rhwydwaith o gyflogwyr a chynrychiolwyr diwydiant i rannu arfer gorau ac ymdrechu i wneud pob gweithle seiber yng Nghymru yn fwy hygyrch i’r boblogaeth niwroamrywiol, gan roi hwb i geisiadau gyda’r cwmnïau hynny.
2. Defnyddio'r wybodaeth hon a chymorth arbenigol i hyfforddi cyflogwyr a sefydliadau academaidd ar sut i wneud prosesau ymgeisio, cyfweliadau a chynefino yn niwroamrywiol gyfeillgar.
3. Hyrwyddo Seiberddiogelwch fel llwybr gyrfa i'r gymuned niwroamrywiaeth, gan ddefnyddio technegau priodol.
Bydd y cyfarfod cychwynnol hwn yn cynnwys cyflwyniadau gan Awtistiaeth Cymru a’n partneriaid sy’n gyflogwyr ynghylch beth yw niwroamrywiaeth a sut y gall cyflogwyr wneud eu gweithleoedd yn fwy hygyrch i weithwyr niwroamrywiaeth.

Bringing together industry, academia, training providers and third sector representatives to share best practice in recruitment and support for neurodiverse employees.
It is estimated that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, more than 15% of the UK workforce. Neurodiversity can include autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, and Tourette syndrome.
Cyber innovation Hub (CIH) was created to unleash the potential of the Cardiff Capital Region, creating a world-class pipeline of new cyber security products, high-growth businesses, and technically-skilled talent. To help ensure these opportunities are accessible to all individuals in the community, CIH will launch the Neurodiversity in Cyber Network, Wales in November 2023.
The network has three primary targets:
1. Create a network of employers and industry representatives to share best practice and strive to make all cyber workplaces in Wales more accessible to the neurodiverse population, boosting applications with those companies.
2. Use this information and specialist support to coach employers and academic institutions on how to make application processes, interviews and on-boarding neurodiverse friendly.
3. Promote Cyber security as a career path to the neurodiversity community, using appropriate techniques.
This initial meeting will feature presentations from Autism Wales and our employer partners about what neurodiversity is and how employers can make their workplaces more accessible for ND employees.
